8 Days  Safari to Kenya

Day 1: Depart Nairobi and transfer to Mountain Kenya for bird watching
After breakfast at your Hotel in Nairobi, you will depart for Mountain Kenya where you will arrive in time for lunch. The mountain is surrounded by forests which has different trails where one can pass so as to see different bird species in the forest. You will go for birding in the afternoon in the forest. Look out for birds like Olive & Bronze napped pigeons, Silvery Cheeked hornbills, Ruppels Robin Chat, White-starred Forest Robin, Mountain Greenbul, Stuhlmans sterling and may be Vereaux Eagle. Return for dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Day 2: Transfer to Samburu National Park
After morning breakfast, depart for Samburu National Park, driving through plantations of fields of Timau and later cross to the thorny landscape of Samburu. Look out for the unique species such as Grevy's Zebra, the long-necked Gerenuk, and many more animals that share this semi-arid habitat. Dinner and overnight Sarova Shaba lodge.

Day 3: Full day in Samburu
Have breakfast and then depart with your packed lunch for a full day game drive in the park. Look out for animals like as Grevy's Zebra, the long-necked Gerenuk, elephants and so many others. Return for dinner and overnight at the lodge as above.

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Nakuru
You will have your morning breakfast as usual and then transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park down in the Rift Valley reaching in time for lunch. You will check in at the Lodge, have lunch and in the afternoon set out for the game drive. Look out for the famous flamingoes, lions, buffalos, waterbucks, warthogs and hippos. The Lake also has a Rhino sanctuary where you will be able to see the rhinos.  Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge (FB).

Day 5: Nature walk and transfer to Lake Naivasha
Morning breakfast will start your day and then later go for the nature walk around the park. Later return to the lodge and check out. Transfer to Naivasha national park reaching in time for Lunch. Check in at the lodge and later go for the afternoon boat ride on the Lake to the crescent Island. Dinner and overnight and Lake Naivasha Country Club/Campsite.

Day 6: Transfer to Masai Mara
After breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for Masai Mara and you will arrive in time for lunch, Have lunch at your lodge and later transfer for the evening game drive. Return back to the Lodge for dinner and overnight at your lodge, Mara Simba Lodge/Mara Sopa Lodge. (FB)

Day 7: Full day in Masai Mara
Have Breakfast in the morning at the Lodge, depart with your packed lunch for a full day game drives searching for big cats animals such as Elephants, lions, leopards, Buffaloes and so on. Later on venture towards the Mara River to look for hippo pools, giant crocodiles and the world famous crossing point for the wildebeests. Return back to the lodge for a rest in the evening before having your dinner and overnight stay (FB).

Day 8: Morning game drive and transfer back to Nairobi
Wake up early for the morning game drive to search for the other animals you missed out in the previous game drives, later return back to the Lodge for breakfast after which, you will transfer back to Nairobi arriving in the early afternoon. Drop off will either be at the Hotel in Nairobi or at the Airport depending on your flight departure time
