Car Rental Conditions

All our rates include car hire charges and a driver.
Our Rates do not include FUEL COSTS.

Driving Licence:
A FULL driving licence MUST have been held for at least 12 months and must be produced at time of rental. A photocopy of your Passport or Identity Card should be left with our Office before taking the vecle.

Age:

For self drive, the drivers should be aged between 22 - 70 years of age with at least 2 years experience under a full licence and no more than 2 current minor endorsements or 6 penalty points. Drivers aged 71 - 75 may be accepted subject to conditions,please contact us for more information.

Extension of Rental:
In most cases this is available, provided that our renting office is informed prior to expiry of the agreed rental period (as shown on the rental agreement) and the additional deposit is paid, so that insurance cover may be extended. Failure to do so calls for penalty charges.

Wheels and Tyres:
The hirer is responsible for the full cost of punctures, damage to wheels, wheel trims and tyres and any lost or damaged keys.

Rates:
All rates include car hire cjharges and a driver, but exclude FUEL

Payment:
The estimated cost of hire is required at time of hire. Barclay, Visa Cards and American Express are not accepted for a moment.

Availability:
The booking is made on the understanding that the vehicle will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible, through circumstances beyond our control, we will provide, a substitute vehicle, where possible, or a full refund of monies.

Mainland:
No car may be taken outsideUganda without prior knowledge at the time of starting the hire services. Hiring a vehicle beyond Uganda calls for a different arrangement with different charges and agreements

Fuel:
Tanks are supplied on an empty basis. No credit will be given on unused fuel.
